	Howard Home This single storey Felicity Wallace designed holiday home on the out skirts of Wanaka made great use of exposed concrete block internally and the superior engineering performance (long span capabilities) of Hyspan timber rafters in the skillion roof over the caverness living / dining area.

	Grand Mecure Oakridge Resort This project spanned some 6 years with BMC being responsible for the engineering design and construction monitoring of the development of this resort

	Teat Home The client and architect wanted to completely remodel this old family home located at the back of Wanaka township.
