This magnificent Wanaka home is constructed on an elevated site with challenging ground conditions. An Insulform wall system with Unispan flat slab first floor, the home has large open spaces and uninterrupted feature corner windows.

The walls are constructed from polystyrene blocks filled with reinforced concrete providing a combination of both strength and good insulation.

The skillion roof structure is supported by manufactured LVL rafters (which have good dimensional stability) and steel beams providing an efficient and slimline roof structure. 

An internal full height fireplace has local schist stone cladding and is supported by a structural steel core.
