BMC provided construction monitoring of the structural elements on behalf of the Christchurch based design Engineers. This modern architecturally designed home has commanding views across Lake Wanaka toward the mountains beyond.

The construction makes extensive use of insulated precast concrete panels for architectural and structural elements throughout the house.

Internal stairs and suspended first floor are also precast concrete with reinforced concrete masonry walls and structural steelwork used in various locations throughout the house.
