Most recently two further David Reid Homes have won awards here in Wanaka and BMC is proud to be David Reid (Central Otago)'s preferred engineering supplier.

We work closely with David Reid's designers to achieve timely, efficient engineering solutions to enable a high level of construction detailing to be submitted with the final Building Consent application documentation. Being local to the projects we also provide David Reid with a 'rapid response' to any design changes that are requested and/or any construction or foundation issues that arise after the project has started. This saves David Reid (& the client) time & money.
