BMC made an intricate task look easy. The project has many unique architectural features and constraints which required a skilled team to make those features possible and practical. This ability and interest in the work, along with their ability to explain and support the client, were both appreciated and admired.

We have just received some design drawings for pricing for our project and would like to say that they are the best drawings we have ever received from an engineering firm. We sent them off to our detailer for pricing and he came back saying that he has very little to do and no questions to ask as everything he needs to do the fabrication drawings is already sorted out.

This has meant a very low cost for the drafting that I need to incorporate into the price and that will result in a saving to our price, the contract and the client.

We recently engaged BMC, on behalf of our client and vendor, to complete a design solution to improve the seismic capacity of a building in Queenstown we were marketing for sale. We provided a tight timeframe to BMC given we had a fixed Auction date that was pending. BMC provided an innovative, cost-effective and well-presented design solution that was delivered on time and on budget. The solution provided valuable information to our potential buyers assessing the property for purchase. We would engage BMC again for a similar exercise.
