This high end award winning two storey 350 sq.m home required large open spaces with some tricky overhang floor / eaves and architectural details.BMC utilised a significant amount of structural steel sections within floor, wall and roof frame elements to provide a ‘hidden solution’ to the ‘high’ wind, snow, earthquake loads imposed on the building. BMC provided a full design / detail / construction monitoring service to the project.
