This architectural home was designed to sit on an awkward site with Geotechnical and Groundwater issues that were overcome by using precast panel construction with the tanking membrane cast onto the panels in the precast yard.
The remaining structure of the house was unique with cantilevered roof elements and over height bracing walls allowing the desired architectural layout. The result is a unique, stunning home.
