BMC was engaged to carry out Construction Monitoring of the underground basement (full height retaining PC panels) and 500mm thick rammed earth Great Hall structure. BMC provided timely inspections, produced and distributed site inspection reports and certified fill for the site. The result is a world-class facility that has been constructed with great attention to detail.
