The home was built on a privileged site overlooking Lake Wanaka which presented engineering challenges to found the building on a ridge with two historical overland water paths and construct terraces for the swimming pool and flat areas for Geothermal energy pipes to be laid. The BMC team took these challenges in their stride and collaboratively solved the problems with the client’s vision guiding the solutions. BMC’s Technicians collaborated seamlessly with the design team, providing clear and concise documentation to aid the fabrication and construction process.
